Concert Photo Recap: Høst, Vernal Pool, Said the Shotgun to the Head, Ambassador Gun, and Desolate Void @ the Hexagon
This was an amazing show on Saturday night (Jan. 10, 2009) at the Hexagon bar in Minneapolis from up-and-coming progressive/experimental black metal band Høst from Fargo. The show was opened by local psychedelic drone/doomgazers Vernal Pool, mathcore riff masters Said the Shotgun to the Head, death-grinders Ambassador Gun, and Eau Claire metal band Desolate Void

\m/ cheers for the post Chris! I look forward to more in the future.. HØST was awesome.. second live performance I’ve seen in a month, and both times they’ve undoubtedly outperformed the aural bliss of their PERFECT album that came out this year. they are more real and alive (and metal!) than anything i can remember.. Everytime I listen, it gets better.. as for photos, Meshuggah this February!
