After Joe Budden dissed Method Man’s lyrical abilities, Inspectah Deck released a song in retaliation and here at Rock the Bells ’09 in DC, Deck and Raekwon talk about their beef with Joe Budden. Personally, I don’t think this is the way to handle the problem, complaining about him on stage after quesitoning Budden’s “manliness” for not confronting them in person. New Mr. J. Medeiros Video – “Holding On”

Medeiros of the extinct Procussions has become a prominent solo artist in my opinion. His first album, 2007’s Of Gods and Girls was incredible (please go check it out if you haven’t). He’s a lyrical, conscious MC from LA via Colorado Springs with some excellent producers. Above is the video for the track “Holding On” featuring Tara Ellis. The song will appear on his upcoming album Friends Enemies Apples Apples due out in September. Check it out!
