God I love getting treats in my e-mail inbox. This is the newest leak off of the Masta Ace & EDO G album, Arts & Entertainment. This track is called “A’s & E’s” and it features Marsha Ambrosious. Much like the first leak, “Little Young”, “A’s & E’s” has a theme that is super dope. Almost every word in Ace’s repertoire starts with an “A”, and everything EDO G rhymes with begins with an “E”. October 6th folks….

Holy shit. As you all know I love Hip-Hop, but I also love The Black Keys. There is something about their music that is so dynamic, that it pulls me right in. Their heavy Blues riffs, and great lyrics made me fall in love with their music. When I headed over to 2DopeBoyz today, I found out that the Black Keys are going to be putting out an album with a bunch of Hip-Hop guest appearances. On the album you will find: Mos Def, RZA, Jim Jones, Q-Tip, Raekwon, Pharoahe Monch & more. The album will be dropping on November 27th, or Black Friday. The project will be called Black Roc, and Dame Dash will have a pretty big part in this album being released.
Good Lord, this album sounds like it’s going to be incredible. The first single “Hoochie Coo” dropped today, and it features Mos Def & Jim Jones. I can assure you that I already like the Black Keys infused beats that I am hearing on this track. I think this album is going to be a force to be reckoned with.

It seems like October 20th is never going to come. I spotted this leak over at Nah Right, the track is called “New Money”, and it’s produced by Streetrunner. This track is definitely dope as hell, and it shows just how diverse Royce’s flow is. I know I am going to be at Best Buy on October 20th when Street Hop drops, and you should all feel ashamed if you aren’t picking it up.

The beat on this track is absolutely nuts, and if you know anything about Skyzoo, you know that the lyrics are going to be straight fire as well. Much like the track I posted yesterday, “Fash Plays it Cool“, Fashawn shows off that liquid smooth flow of his over some incredible Alchemist beats. First off, I want to say that Sean Price is a fucking monster. This guy can rhyme better than 90% of the emcees that are out there right now. Thanks to the homeboy Shake, we have three new joints off of P’s upcoming album Kimbo Price. The first track is entitled “Duck Down” and it features fellow Brooklyn fire-spitters Skyzoo & Torae. I don’t really think that I need to tell you readers that these guys raid this beat like a SWAT team, and Skyzoo even drops a dope ass Prop Joe reference from The Wire. On the other two tracks, “MegaSean” & “Boostin’ Mobiles”, Sean P rides solo and shows why he’s easily one of the best and most witty emcees in the game. You aren’t sleeping on Jesus Price Superstar are you?

I am very glad to hear that Buff1 & Rhettmatic have found a home for their new Crown Royale project on MYX Music Label. These guys are both absolute monsters in their own right, and this project should be nothing short of phenomenal. I posted a video of these guys performing this track on Hip Hop Official when they were artist of the week. We now have the .mp3 download of this track thanks to 2DopeBoyz, and it’s definitely something to rejoice about. According to the article on 2DopeBoyz, it looks like the Crown Royale debut album will have a 2010 release. If you aren’t excited about this album, I have lost all faith in humanity. Nuff said.

Thanks to Shake for the heads-up on this gem. As I mentioned in an earlier post, Fashawn is going to be putting out a mixtape entitled The Antidote that is solely produced by Alchemist. This is the first leak off of the mixtape, and it is called “Fash Plays it Cool”. This track is incredibly fresh, and it makes me want to hear the finished project even more. Fashawn is one of the dopest emcees on the West Coast right now, and as you know Alchemist is very nice with the beats. These two getting together is something that should happen way more often. Even though I’ve said it at least a million times, make sure you go out and get Boy Meets World when it drops on October 20th.
